9-Tops Lookout

Address:Busay Hills and Nivel Hills, LahugCebu City
Admission fee: 100php/head
Operating hours:  24/7

My personal favorite place in Cebu because it offers a refreshing panoramic view city. I highly recommend to visit the place during sunset and have dinner at Lantaw, a nearby restaurant. To  get there, take a jeepney bound to Lahug along Osmena Boulevard and tell the driver to drop you off at  J.Y Square Mall in Lahug, where habal-habal (motorcyle) to Busay Hills is located. The rate is around 100-150php/ride and travel time is approximately 20 minutes. The easiest way is to take a taxi from city proper. The estimated fare around 800 to 1000php (roundtrip).
